I have lived in Jacksonville all my life, but have my eyes on Atlanta, Georgia when I retire. I love that city! Writing has been something I've been good at most of my life, and I wrote the first version of "Start the Fire'' when I was only eighteen. I was inspired by a dream I had about my favorite rock star, Billy Idol. I had already written the sequel, Burned by the Fire, when I was able to finally publish the first book. My first publisher was Extasy Books, but I recently regained the rights back to my first four books, and put new covers and titles on them. Also cleaned them up some more. My second series, Love and Lush, was inspired by a dream I had about meeting the ghost of Michael Hutchence. So thus far, my books are what you would call rock star romance. Love and Lush does have that paranormal element though. All my books would fall under the genre of erotic romance as well. Heavy on story, but with sex scenes that are explicitly detailed. Some books have more than others and I've posted a heat index on my website.
In addition to writing, I also teach bellydance and am a pretty good amateur photographer. I enjoy going to fan conventions and have met most of the cast of The Walking Dead at the three Walker Stalkers I've attended. My biggest thrill was meeting Jason Momoa at Mega Con in Orlando! I love the music of the 80's and it's usually what I'm listening to when I'm driving in my car or cleaning house.
