Gregory Fletcher
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, but residing in NYC, Fletcher has earned various theatre degrees from CSUN, Columbia University, and Boston University. His work has been published 11 times, and his plays produced a dozen times Off-Off-Broadway. A recipient of the Mark Twain Prize for Comic Playwriting and the National Ten-Minute Play Award from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, Fletcher was also a nominee for Outstanding Original Short Script for the New York IT Award, a playwriting grantee at Sundance Theatre Lab, a finalist for Reva Shiner Comedy Award, and the Heideman Award, and a first runner up for the David Mark Cohen National Playwriting Award. Currently, on faculty at the low-residency MA/MFA Maslow Family Creative Writing Program at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
