I'm GenX...I was born at the end of the Love Generation. People often perplex me, and I crave company and solitude equally at different times. Writing helped get me through my adolescence as all right as any confused teen could be.

In the past, I was a singer and a member of my local Rocky Horror Picture Show shadow cast.

I love sunny days, but could stare at the night sky for hours. I love loud music and meditative silence equally, depending on my mood. Life is beautiful and terrible all at once, and I love to think and dream and create. I'm constantly writing stories in my head.

In my opinion, that's the alchemy of writing (its "magic," if you will): taking thoughts, dreams and whimsy--and turning them into books, novels, stories and songs.
