Joy writes love stories with just the right mix of fun horror in her Scary Good Romances. She's a librarian who can't believe her luck that she gets paid to talk about books. Before that, she worked in vet offices, a pet store, and a zoo. Animals always feature in her writing. She currently lives with her family outside Denver where they wage a daily battle with two pugs and two cats for space on the couch. The pets pretty much always win.
