Lisa Caviness is an award-winning author of romantic suspense and thriller novels. As a lifelong reader of an eclectic pool of books from mystery/thrillers, science fiction, contemporary romance, and the classics, Lisa has never been without a book on the nightstand. In addition to writing, she has had a career in pharmaceutical and medical device research. Lisa is originally from Ohio but has lived in Massachusetts. She is currently settled in Indiana with a husband who works a lot, three busy daughters, and an affectionate family cat.
